Chris Smith

Chris specialises in housing-led projects and, since joining Lichfields’ Newcastle office in 2014, he has worked on projects at various locations across the north of England.  These include preparing and managing a variety of planning applications, appeals, site promotion, Section 106 negotiations and supporting clients through public inquiries. He has also worked on student accommodation, education and leisure based schemes. Chris plays a key role in Lichfields’ research and provides expertise in GIS and neighbourhood planning.
