Sarah joined Lichfields in September 2013, having completed an MSc in Development Planning at the University of Reading. Sarah was elected a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) in March 2016 and is now currently working towards becoming a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRIC).
Since joining Lichfields, Sarah has been involved in a wide range of planning work including the preparation and submission of applications and appeals for projects of differing scales, across a range of sectors, including housing and infrastructure. This has included the production of planning appraisals and planning statements. Other work includes the monitoring of Local Development Frameworks and submitting representations.
